Though garden.com shows up in the top ten of most of these it surprisingly does not appear in the top position in any of these. Searching by "garden" provides more information on seeds, plants, and landscaping than "gardening" which includes a broader range of gardening related products. Most of the search engines have "home & gardening" categories so try for a link there and use a meta "cat!"
This topic is ripe with forums, web rings and user groups. (The most intriguing recent postings included such disturbing titles as "Tomato end rot" and "Ants ate my babies" and "At what point are Hyacinth beans edible?").
